The options of an app_blueprint: its execution pool, its run history and the bound on the time of a run.

completed_run_capacity | The maximum number of terminal runs kept, the oldest forgotten first; must be positive. |
max_timeout | The longest time limit of a run, in seconds: a request with a longer "timeout" is rejected with 422, and a run without one gets this limit; empty: no bound. |
queue_capacity | The maximum number of runs waiting for a worker: a submission beyond it is rejected with 503; must be positive. |
seed | Base seed of the RNG given to stochastic runners: a run without an explicit "seed" uses seed + its run id, so runs differ but are reproducible. |
workers | The number of worker threads that execute runs (default: one less than the hardware threads, at least 1); must be positive. |
